All Simulator experiences will by paid for in advance and an e-mail conformation will be sent to each person. There is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel with-in 24 hours of your event there is a 50% refund only. If your party "no shows", dose not make their appointment, there is a 50% only refund. If the simulator is used with only some of the guests onboard, the time will be considerd used and the cost will have been paid. No refund. If the Simulator brakes down and an alternate date can not be arranged with both the customer and the company a full refund is given. If some of the customers complete their Simulator experience and others do not, do to Simulator brake down, only those people not completing their experience will get a full refund of their portion of the cost if we can not reschedule the event. All other items can be returned with in two weeks for a refund if they are in good condition.
